SYSTANE® HYDRATION PRESERVATIVE FREE, formerly Ultra Hydration, provides long-lasting, moisture-rich dry eye symptom relief with New Packaging.

The formula entraps water to rehydrate the eye surface for dry eye relief, in a preservative free formula for patients with sensitive eyes.

How To Use
  • Shake well before using.
  • Instill one or two drops in the eye(s) as needed and blink.


Systane® Ultra Hydration Preservative Free Lubricant Eye Drops may be used as needed throughout the day to relieve the symptoms of dry eye. While wearing contact lenses, if minor irritation, discomfort, or blurring occurs, place 1 or 2 drops on the lens and blink 2 or 3 times.

Precautions

  • Keep out of reach of children

  • Use before the expiration date marked on the product. If the solution becomes discolored or blurry, the product should not be used.

  • Store at room temperature.


WARNING: Do not use if security seal is damaged or missing or tamper evident cap is damaged. Do not use if package has been opened or damaged.

Ingredients

SYSTANE* ULTRA Hydration Preservative Free Lubricant Eye Drops is a sterile solution for topical administration, containing sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethyl propanol, boric acid, sodium borate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, purified water, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

why do we have to through out tree quarter of the single use container?????
The single use container was the first packaging Alcon came out with for this product. Some people do use all the liquid in one use. Alcon has now come out with Ultra Hydration Preservative-Fee in a 10ml multi dose bottle.
