Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Happiness team at info@eyedropshop.com. 

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
  • Return shipping fees will apply.

  • Items must be in original packaging and condition. We are unable to offer returns on opened or used products.

  • Products purchased from other retailers are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Order Changes (Before Shipping)

If you made a mistake when placing your order (e.g. selected the wrong item or quantity), no problem! Reach out to our Customer Happiness team before your order ships, and we’ll make the correction.

Shipping Errors (Wrong Items Sent)

If we sent you the wrong product(s), just send us a photo of what you received. We’ll ship the correct item(s) right away and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect ones.

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged, email us with a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
