As of Friday, May 23, 2025, Canada Post workers have announced a nationwide strike following yet another unresolved agreement with the postal service. This strike will affect both Urban and Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier (RSMC) units, and is once more expected to cause significant disruptions to mail and parcel delivery across Canada.
As always, at EyeDropShop, your satisfaction and access to your essential eye care products remain our top priorities. To minimize disruption, we are proactively shifting most of our shipments to more reliable alternative carriers, including Purolator and FedEx.
Please note — deliveries to PO Boxes and certain rural areas may still experience delays, as these locations are primarily serviced by Canada Post.
We recognize how important timely delivery is—especially when it comes to your eye health—and we are doing everything we can to ensure a smooth experience. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and we will keep you informed of any new developments regarding shipping and delivery timelines.
We thank you for choosing Eye Drop Shop, for your continued trust and understanding. If you have any questions or need additional support, our customer happiness team is here and ready to help.
Warm regards,
The EyeDropShop Team
