Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Canopy Showerhead Filter fit both fixed and handheld models?

Yes. The same Canopy Showerhead Filter fits both fixed and handheld Canopy showerheads.

How often should I change a Canopy Showerhead Filter?

Replacement every 90 days is recommended. Your water quality and how often you use the shower can affect how soon the filter needs changing.

What filtering materials are used in the Canopy Showerhead Filter?

It uses granular activated carbon, copper-zinc and calcium sulfite.

Do I remove the whole Canopy showerhead to replace this filter?

The fixed model opens from the front; the handheld model has a faceplate you twist off. Follow the instructions for your exact showerhead.

Is the Canopy Showerhead Filter the same as the Bath Tub Filter Cartridge?

No. The showerhead filter and bath-tub cartridge are separate replacement parts. Choose the part made for your device.
