"I find that the inner heat zone does not contact the eyelids and therefore, I have to apply pressure with my fingers so that it adequately heats the mebomian ducts. Also, the battery doesn’t last long and I have to recharge the mask daily. I wish I could return the mask for a refund as I am not satisfied with it."

"I have had this mask for 3. 5 months and was happy with it up until about a month ago. When I first got it, I could use it for 10 minutes, twice a day, for about 3 days before it needed to be charged. On one charge it could go close to an hour. About a month ago, I noticed it needed charging more often. Now I use it once a day for 10 minutes and it needs to be charged on the third day. The time it can go between charges is pretty much cut in half. It is not worth the money if it is only good for a few months. I will try to reach out to the company to see if they are able to replace the battery."

"For a product I paid nearly $200 for I expected it to last longer than 12 months. The product itself works very well, when it did work, and heats up well, when it did work. But it’s now stopped working which seems to be a common problem after reading others reviews. Disappointing that Eye Drop would keep this product on their site until this issue is rectified with the mask."
