PRN DE3 is the oral supplement step. The sleep mask is not heated, and the kit name does not replace a clinical assessment of severe or persistent symptoms.

In what order should I use the products?

At bedtime, wash your hands, remove contact lenses and clean your closed lash line with ZocuWipe. Let the skin dry, then apply Thealoz Gel as directed before putting on the clean sleep mask. If using other eye products, leave at least 15 minutes between them and use the gel last. Take PRN DE3 separately according to its label.

Can I use Thealoz Gel with other eye drops?

Yes, but leave at least 15 minutes between different eye products and use Thealoz Gel last. Remove contact lenses before using it and wait at least 30 minutes before putting them back in. Follow a longer interval if your other product requires one.

Does ZocuWipe need to be rinsed off?

No. Gently clean along the lash line with your eyes closed for 10–15 seconds, then leave it to dry. Each wipe is single-use; do not save it for the next session. Keep the wipe from touching the eye itself.

How should the Blinkjoy Hydrating Sleep Mask fit?

Adjust each eye cup and the strap for a snug, comfortable seal, without strong pressure on your cheeks or brow. If it shifts when you sleep on your side, reposition the cups rather than overtightening the strap. This is a moisture-retaining sleep mask, not a heated treatment mask.
