Eye cleaner

"I got the 4 oz. bottle at 29. 99 as it was a better deal than the 2 oz. at 19. 99. I have never used the product before but have been having a lot of eye problems. I wish there was a bigger size as with the delivery and tax it came to $45. 53. That is expensive for 1 item. So far the product is good."

"These are the best eyelid wipes I have used. Delivery was fast and efficient . However, in order to get free delivery, you have to buy a lot of products."

Blephaclean Wipes

"These wipes work really well - I have MBG ( Meibomian gland dysfunction) and after using the wipes, my eyes feel cleaner, more refreshed, and less gritty & blurry. There is also no need to rinse, which is very handy. It would be perfect if Blephaclean can make their packaging recyclable. Thank you!"

Les lingettes sont stériles et

"Les lingettes sont stériles et nettoient bien les paupières. Mais lorsque les paupières sont maquillées, ça demande un produit démaquillant avant."

Immediate cooling effect and lasting soothing relief

"As my job is at the computer for long hours, dry eyes and fatigue are an issue. I use Hylo eye drops, just once in the morning and at night. I have sometimes struggled with red eyelids that look irritated with small red veins. I needed something else, as simply adding more eyedrops wasn't working. I read a lot about this product so thought I would try it. After a few weeks of use, I am very surprised, and have actually found that I don't need to do my eyedrops twice a day, as this works better. I now only put my eydrops in after a bath, and the rest of the day, first thing in the morning and maybe a couple of times during long computer work I spray my eyes. The coolness is immediately soothing, and once it's settled in and absorbed I find the effects better than eyedrops. My eyelids now look normal, not red anymore and the little red veins are reduced. I look much better and don't have that stinging feeling like I used to get between using eydrops. My partner now also uses it, and I don't see him rubbing his eyes as often."

Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions

How do the products in this kit work together?

BlephaClean wipes remove debris from the eyelids and lash roots, while BIHOCL O.D. provides a no-rinse hypochlorous cleansing step. Both are for eyelid hygiene, not drops to put into the eye. Use them within the care routine recommended for your blepharitis.

In what order should I use the products?

If you use both in the same routine, wash your hands and remove contact lenses and makeup first. Clean the closed eyelids with BlephaClean, using a separate wipe for each eye. Then apply BIHOCL O.D. as directed and let the skin air-dry. Do not mix the products or scrub irritated skin.

Do I need to rinse after using BlephaClean wipes?

No rinsing is needed. With clean hands and your eye closed, gently wipe the eyelid and lash roots. Use a fresh wipe for the other eye, then discard both wipes.

Do I spray BIHOCL O.D. into my eyes or rinse it off?

Keep your eyes closed and spray twice onto the eyelids and brow area. Gently clean the lids and lash roots with clean hands or a cotton round, then let the area air-dry. Do not rinse or use the spray as an eye drop. Remove contact lenses and makeup first.

Should I remove my contact lenses before cleaning my eyelids?

Yes. Remove your lenses before using BlephaClean. The wipes are for eyelid skin and lash roots, not for cleaning lenses or wiping the surface of the eye.
